This Privacy Policy explains how MASSIVE DRAGON SOFTWARE PTY LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the All My Recipes: Recipe Keeper mobile application and the allmyrecipes.co website (together, the “Services”).

Information We Collect

Account and Device Information

We collect identifiers used to provide your account and sync your data, including a device-generated user identifier, linked-device identifiers, device platform, country or region, subscription status, and push-notification token. If you provide a name or other profile information, we associate it with your account.

Recipes and Content You Provide

We collect the content you submit to the Services, including recipe source URLs, recipe titles and details, ingredients, instructions, categories, notes, grocery-list items, photos, scans of cookbook pages or handwritten recipes, and other images or materials you upload. We also store recipe content and images generated or organised for you by the Services.

Usage, Analytics, and Diagnostic Information

We collect information about how you interact with the App, such as feature usage, onboarding progress, purchase events, errors, timestamps, and basic device or application information. We use this information to operate, understand, secure, and improve the Services.

Purchases and Subscriptions

When you make an in-app purchase, Apple, Google, and our subscription-management provider process the transaction. We receive transaction and subscription information such as product, entitlement, renewal, and subscription status. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

Support Communications

If you contact us or use in-app chat, we collect the messages and other information you choose to provide, together with an identifier used to connect the conversation to your account.

Website Information

The website does not use advertising cookies or client-side analytics. Our hosting and content-delivery providers may automatically process standard technical request information, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time, to deliver and secure the website.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and maintain your account and link your devices.
• Import, process, generate, organise, store, and display recipes and related images.
• Synchronise recipes and grocery lists across linked devices.
• Provide cook mode, timers, notifications, recipe suggestions, and other App features.
• Process subscriptions, restore purchases, and provide paid entitlements.
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Services.
• Measure feature use, diagnose errors, prevent misuse, and improve performance and usability.
• Measure App events and purchase outcomes associated with our promotions.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our users, rights, systems, and property.

How We Disclose Information

We disclose information only as needed to operate the Services, including to the following categories of recipients:

• Cloud and AI processing providers that host our systems, store recipe data and images, transcribe or analyse submitted content, and generate or structure recipe information.
• RevenueCat and app stores to manage purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, and purchase restoration.
• Crisp to provide in-app customer support and retain support conversations.
• Meta to measure App opens and purchase events and to understand the effectiveness of promotions, subject to device settings and applicable permissions.
• Analytics and operational providers that help us understand use, diagnose faults, send notifications, and secure the Services.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our agreements, protect rights and safety, or complete a corporate transaction.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies or under arrangements requiring them to protect the information and use it only to provide services to us.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account information and content for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your recipe collection, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Services. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and why we hold it.

You may delete individual recipes in the App. To request deletion of your account and user-owned data, contact support@allmyrecipes.co. We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to information we must retain by law, for security, or in limited backups until those backups are overwritten.

International Processing

Our service providers may process information in Australia, the United States, and other countries where they operate. Privacy and data-protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. We take reasonable steps to require appropriate protection of information processed on our behalf.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can control camera, photo-library, notification, and tracking permissions through your device settings. You can also contact us to exercise a privacy right or make a complaint.

Children and Age Restrictions

The Services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will publish the updated policy here, change the effective date, and provide any additional notice required by law.
